These terms apply when you buy from Pure Cradle. Please read them before placing an order — by ordering, you agree to them.

Car seats, cots, slings and sleep products must be used strictly in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. Never buy or accept a second-hand car seat of unknown history.
Opening an account and placing an order
You can order as a guest or create an account. The information you give us must be true, accurate and up to date at all times. If you have an account you can update your details from your account dashboard.
Acceptance of your order
Completing checkout does not mean we have accepted your order. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. You will receive an email when we receive your order and again when it is on its way. If we cannot accept an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. All card payments require authorisation by your card issuer. All compulsory fields must be completed before an order can be placed.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. In addition to that legal right, we offer a 60-day return window on unused items in their original packaging.
Product descriptions
We take care that descriptions and prices are accurate. Packaging may vary from the images shown, and colour reproduction depends on your screen so cannot be guaranteed. Measurements are for guidance and may vary within a tolerance of plus or minus 5%. All items are subject to availability.
Product guarantees
A 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase applies to all products except consumables and limited-life items. Goods will be of satisfactory quality when delivered and when used for the purpose for which goods of that type are ordinarily used.
The guarantee does not cover defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence, or use other than that intended by the manufacturer.
The first 30 days
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty within 30 days of delivery you may reject them for a full refund rather than accept a repair or replacement.
Customer service
We may monitor or record customer communications for training and quality purposes. Anything you tell us remains confidential and is handled in line with our privacy policy.
Complaints
Email us and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly. If we cannot resolve it within five working days we will keep you updated until it is resolved.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are responsible only for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach.
We are not liable where we are prevented or delayed by something you have done or failed to do. You must follow the safety advice and instructions supplied with a product; we cannot accept liability for damage or injury caused by failure to do so.
Promotions
We may withdraw a promotion at any time. Unless stated otherwise, one discount applies per order and per person. Attempts to circumvent this using alternative details, or bulk and automated ordering, will be rejected.
Changes, assignment and third party rights
We may update these terms to comply with the law or to reflect how our business works. Changes are published on this page. You may not assign or subcontract your rights under these terms without our written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any court proceedings must take place in the United Kingdom.
